RealHeal is safe for all ages and comes in small lactose tablets that are dissolved or chewed in the mouth.

DIRECTIONS

Initially: Dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue in a clean mouth every 1/2 hour for up to 10 doses.

Thereafter: Dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue in a clean mouth 2 to 3 times daily.

CAUTION

Safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been established. Do not use PRIOR to surgery, childbirth or Caesarian section.
